Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Total Talent Profile

The Total Talent Profile provides you with a single place to view details about your professional growth and development within the company. The options and tabs that you can view or edit depend on whether your company has licensed the Core HR module and on your permissions.

You access your own profile on the Your Account menu, located in the upper right of the Talent Management browser. Managers and HRBP Users can access the profiles of direct reports from the My Employees Screen.
